The farm lies in the Welland Valley, which is traditionally famous for fattening cattle. The hedges have been grown up high and combined with shelter belts provide excellent natural shelter for the horses. The land is light and well drained. Each field has hardcore feed areas designed to feed hay adlib and corals useful for catching and holding horses. The feeders are desgned to avoid the horses standing in mud while feeding.
£28 / horse per week to include hay when required
Stabling and turnout is available on a do it yourself basis. Facilities available include a secure tack room, storage for fodder, outdoor school and flat mown areas for schooling. Further facilities planned for 2016 are cross country jumps and a horse walker.
£35 / horse per week to include haylage when required.
Full livery is available. Horses are excerised on the farm using the exercise track that incorporates a two furlong gentle hill that is ideal for building strength and stamina.
